Although we currently live “in town” our goal someday is to live on a small farm growing our own food and raising some of our own livestock: chickens, sheep, goat, bees, etc. Enjoying a place that thrives not by how much money we make on a yearly basis, but how rich our lives are in actual living and loving. Yes…it sounds like we are naturalist hippies.
So until we can reach that little spot of land in the country, we do what we can in our own backyard to get our dreams started. Our garden is a reminder of the low-maintenance, more sustainable, more organic, bread-baking, garden growing, authentic, live off the land kind of life that my husband and I are attempting to create.
